After high school I moved to Colorado where I survived somehow. Instead of travelling around the world,
visiting other cultures, or doing great works, and becoming an awesome person, I wasted my youth by working at low paying,
dead end jobs. After living near Durango, Colorado, for 17 years with my wife, Jo, I managed to put together a stint at the
Northwest School of Wooden Boat Building in Washington state. This is a picture a friend took last
summer in the Canadian Gulf Islands of me and the little woman in our boat, the product of all that. Anyway, we moved up here,
are currently living on a small acreage on Marrowstone Island near Port Townsend, WA. If you're coming thru, stop by.
