DALE and son-in-law Micah Miller (nephew of Robert Miller, class of '67)
LINDA (IMS class of '72); daughters Gina Marner (class of '04) and Natalie Miller (class of '01)

For several years after high school I worked while taking classes in electronics.  After winning the lottery (the draft lottery) I did voluntary service work in Cleveland, OH.  Three summers later I moved back to Iowa and spent the summer motorcycling around the Great Lakes and to the west coast with a friend.  In '79 I took a job at Kalona Telephone Company (www.kctc.net) where I am still working today.  In addition to telephone service we also provide wireless, DSL and video services to the Kalona area and beyond.

I married Linda Beachy (sister of classmate Roger Beachy) in 1980.  We have 2 daughters. Natalie (23) is married to Micah Miller (nephew of classmate Robert Miller) and live in the Kalona area. Gina (21) returned to Iowa last summer after 2 years with RAD.  She lived in northern Sweden (50 KM north of the artic circle).  In March '06 Linda and I were able to take a trip to Sweden to visit her.

Between work and volunteering on the Technical Communications Committee at Lower Deer Creek church (www.ldcmc.org) I continue to work at completing the house that we built several years ago.  Linda and I enjoy bicycling and traveling when we force ourselves to take time from a much too busy schedule.

Looking forward to seeing all of you this summer.
